Payment Options

Pay with a credit card via paypal.com (the shopping cart will default to this option). Or you can mail your payment (money order or cashiers check, no personal checks) using this form:

1.) Print out this form.
2.) Shop our site and add all of the items you would like to purchase to our "paypal shopping cart"
(you don't need to have a paypal account to do this.)
3.) When you are done shopping, print your "paypal shopping cart"
( go to file>print; or Ctrl+P )
4.) The "paypal shopping cart" will list your item description, item number, your subtotal and the cost of shipping. Please use this, as needed, when filling out our order form.
5.) Review your order before mailing.
